Default Kartboy

I'm Posting this review to just let everyone know how awesome these guys are.
My story:
2 weeks ago i installed some swaybars with Kartboy endlinks.In my haste,the driverside front endlink was installed incorrectly and after a couple of city driving miles the lower bushing pushed through and was lost.
I contacted Kartboy,explained my situation,and asked for the part number and price to replace said bushing.I received this in response...

Hi Nick
Whats a good shipping address? i'll send you a few parts when i get back into the shop.

Check out the install pages on our kartboy website to see the proper stack of the end links/ washers.

Today they showed up in the mail...didnt even leave out the Kartboy Kandy!

I agree. Tom was great to communicate with. He was out of town when I order from him, and couldn't get back until 2 days after he said he would for good reason. He got back on Friday, sent out my order the same day, and I had the part by Monday. He was very sorry for not being able to send out my order on time, but honestly with the way contact went I really didn't mind.

gotta love candy

No crazy story here, just that Tom and company are great.
Put an order through on Wed night, and noticed the next day i never got a confirmation email, and my CC was never charged tho too. So i thought, ok no biggie, i probably screwed up somewhere during the order, but thought to check with him first.
i send him an email thursday night around midnight, so im not expecting a response until the morning. Minutes later i get an email from him saying that my order was put through and already in route, and said that the confirmation email was most likely picked up as spam (which it was, i prolly should have thought of that lol).

Get home from work today and my orders waiting for me already!! Now i cant wait to put it on. Thanks again for the awesome service and products, and for burning my mouth with atomic fireballs.

Hope I'm not breaking any rules by resurrecting a 6-month old thread but just had to give some props to Tom at Kartboy. His personal involvement in customer support is just amazing! One of the hardest working guys in the industry! Thanks!
