Default My 2 cents, and I didn't even buy from them

I spoke to Rick about a problem I was having making a catback fit on my car. I was thinking I needed to buy a cat, Rick suggested that it might be my downpipe - and then he went on to explain some of the possibilities with cat vs. catless, how the stock WRX looks, etc. We talked pros and cons of some of the downpipe solutions they sell - and then he said something like "check it out, think about it, and if you want to buy from us give me a call"

Nice! No pressure, no sales pitch. I *may* buy from them, and the main reason is that they give the impression of being a straight-shooting business.

I do appreciate vendors that try to help you decide what you want, rather then trying to talk you into buying something. I was impressed with Rick.

+1

I ordered a Blitz gauge and one of their 60mm pods for the wrx/sti and I had a good experience.

Other than the fact that they won't ship to my work, everything was good. They didn't have the gauge in, but it was shipped out the same day they expected to receive stock. Shipped on Thursday and I got it on Monday.

I'm happy. I'd do business with them again.

RallySport Direct are awesome. They are one of my local shops and they always seem to have what I'm looking for.....weird! Triple ThumpsUP and 5 stars for their service and having most things in stock! Props to Nick, Rick, Ben and Jason.

Oh...well...
Sorry about that. If you tell me what email address you sent it to I can find out which person got it and go personally kick them in the nuts.

If it was me I will go open the shop STI's door and run into it.

It may take some time for your email to get a response. I am normally able to reply to all my emails within 48 hours. And I get less emails then some of the other guys.

If you do not get a response feel free to call or AIM us at anytime.

You can email me personally or aim me.

I must say Rally Sport Direct is one of the best places I ordered parts from, exceptional customer service, good prices and the fastest shipping I've ever seen, I ordered a APS Turbo Inlet for my 02 WRX on 4/19 and the UPS truck just hand delivered it to me today 4/21, 3 days to my door step! and free shipping. You guys rule! Thanks

without getting beligerent, they are the worst company in terms of shipping ive ever dealt with in 6 years of buying stuff on the internet. kartboy shifter cost me 250$ when it was all said and done because of their incompetant shipping. did they answer my emails- yes. do they know what the hell they are doing-no. if your an international buyer i strongly recommend going with someone else. CVR motorsports knows what they are doing, and i deeply regret not buying from them.

Well I ordered a ATI WRX center gauge pod on 4/24 and it was on my door step on 4/26, so no shipping problem here in the good old USA! I've had nothing but good customer service from them.

rallysportdirect is now on my short, short list that i will order from. ordered a cosworth oil pump ~4 weeks ago (i think). it was backordered, so when i went to inquire about it i recieved intant feedback (when they expected it, when it arrived). i was even asked if i needed by a certain date. when i told them no, shipping was upgraded to 3day select for free by nick (you rock!). awesome work guys, wish more vendors cared about making their customers happy.

I just discovered a fit problem with some brake rotors I bought in February, one call to Nick and new rotors, pads and a call tag are on the way. There are plenty of vendors that will ship fast for a good price, it's when a mistake pops up that you find out who really deserves your business. A+ for RSD!

Just some more feedback:

This is about the 3rd or 4th time I've ordered from Rallysport and I continue to be Impressed. Middle of last week, I got the wild hair up my ass to order a set of those Heatshields for the APS header. Well, I looked around on US vendor sites and the only place I found them was MZM. I have had a previously sour experience with MZM so I refuse to buy from them. On a whim, I decided to check out Rallysport. I IM'd them one evening and got a reply. I said that I wanted the heatshield kit and was curious if they would order it for me. As luck would have it, they had some on the way. He agreed to hold one for me when they come in and to let me know when they arrive.

Sure enough, the next day, I got a call letting me know they had arrived. Unfortunately, at the time they called, I was in the car on th way to meet some friends and couldn't deal with it right then. I got ahold of Ben@rallysport the following monday on IM and asked if I was too late to get the kit. He said he still had one with my name on it. Great! So I called up the shop, talked to Rick, who pulled up my order and took my card number, and the next day I received an invoice and a tracking number.

For any other aftermarket parts dealers out there, THIS is how a good vendor operates and why Rallysport will continue to be on my A list for parts.

Thanks Ben, Rick, and everybody at Rallysport!

+1 to everyone who said good things about rallysport.

The only places I order things online are from RSD and JSCspeed

They have really fast shipping and even helped me out on a flywheel i needed ASAP and shipped it out that day even though I placed the order pretty late in the afternoon.

Thanks alot guys!

Bump for a great vendor! I've ordered from them before, and they're a class act. Great deal on my lip, and they shipped it out fast. 3 days from ordering it to my doorstep. Answered all my questions promptly, too. Keep up the great work!

I had my first experience with RallySport Direct and it was great. I ordered a streettunner and Prodive CAI. I got a phone call the next day to let me know it would be delayed until the following monday. Got my stuff thursday. Great service. I'll definitely order again.

I have ordered three or four different times from this vendor and they are top notch. If you are looking for anything Cobb, be sure and check here first! They are a very well organized vendor with high quality internet sales, notification, and tracking tools. RallySports Direct is a high quality vendor.

Awesome company to deal with! Best customer service I have had in a long time. Had some issues with UPS dropping the package off at the wrong house. Contacted Ben at RSD and he was all over it, had the package the next afternoon. I will definitely buy from them in the future.

Good vendor, takes a while to process stuff but shipping was good. Ordered my Cobb shifter and heatsheild and it came pretty fast using ground. Great website format....makes it hard to not keep exploring and adding stuff to the basket.

RSD is definitely on my list of top vendors. I've ordered dress up parts in the past and they came real quick. Just ordered some more stuff the other day and Im sure it will come in quick time and right as usual. Web site is top notch and the notification on orders is appreciated.

I had a postive experience with Rallysportdirect. I purchased the 60mm single gauge pod and it fits perfectly. The item went out immediately and I was able to speak to a human on the phone when i had a question. Thanks Rick!!
