Bc Auto/Canada/Etc

Ok guys I am just planning my trip to Toronto this weekend and I found to pretty big outlets for aftermarket goodies:

1.)Johnston Research n performance
2.)BC autodesign (Impreza body kits n more)

I would like to know of other shops and also I seen an old post of someone saying watch out for BC but no details if anyone had bad experiences with them please give me a heads up I am ready to spend some cash like crazy since here in Detroit there really isn't any all import shops.

Try the Tronto RS Club website... Also the car show starts there on friday, I'm going on sunday to check it out.

Hey there MichiganRS... the Canadian International Auto Show starts this Friday, for info visit http://www.autoshow.ca/ for details. I'm there Saturday, gotta see the WRX in person! I don't really know much about good Subaru shops here as I don't have a scooby yet, but I remember AutoMorphism as being a very good place, not sure about the info on the store though. About the Toronto Subaru Club, I suggest speaking to James (JaiMak here, James on the TSC board). Have fun here in T.O

hey MichiganRS, BC Auto & Design? avoid it; over priced is what i heard, and... body kits, their booklet of body kits are mostly cutouts from japanese magazine, tho they can get it, no comments bout the price

People, if you wanna see the best Canadian Rally Driver then come this Sat. night, all 3 Best of the Best Subaru Canadian Driver will be at the Autoshow!! They are Tom McGeer, John Paynter, and Pat Richard.
Don't miss it!!!

I will be competing in the Yokohama Winter Rally Series this weekend, and will be back on Sunday. I will be working the rally booth on Monday but I may go down on Sunday to check it out. If you have not gone to the show by then, I can meet up with you to go down.

Ya, I'll be there on Sunday, from the opening till I get bored / kicked out. If anyone wants to meet at the subaru area then post here or PM me.

Can't wait to see the WRX in person... too bad I'm gonna miss McGeer and Richard... oh well, we'll just have to wait till november.

Michigan,

Unfortunately at the time being there aren't really a lot of shops in town. Johnson Research and Performance is one, but JRP is also known as "just relaying parts". But they are a sparco dealer and have seats in the showroom.

BC is a different story, he can get you pretty much anything, but he won't have it in stock. Also, he tends to have "different" prices for different people. Depends if he smells money or easy sale.

Unfortunately, there aren't a lot of places up here that would be a great resource.

on either sat or sunday take a drive about 2 hours north of toronto and i'll give you a ride in a race car!! i'm ice racing in the CASC-OR Magnum Ice Race Series. I am currently leading class 14 points and rookie of the year status!! in 16 races i have had 11 first, 2 seconds, and 3 thirds!!

it's a nice drive and everything if beautiful up there. we'll strap a helmet on you and you can come for a ride!
