Default RHD JDM headlights (horizontal adjustment)

which way do i turn the screw for left adjustment
and which do i turn for right adjustment.

probably unscrew it to lower and screw it in to make it go higher.

so left to lower and right for higher.

Could always point them at a wall or something flat and experiment.

either way for aligning, I'd say find a wall or a house with a flat surface to aim that way

it's pretty obvious which way does what when you do it that method...

easier said than done.
there is no room to adjust horizontally with these headlights on the car.

In my experience the horizontal adjustment screws are the easiest to reach. Are you taking off the snorkel on the passenger side? That will free up some space. Also, you may want to invest in a ratcheting 8mm wrench.
