I wonder if I should spend my money and do it.....you guys posting pictures aren't helping me out I like the sorta "stock" look of the black skirts, but color matching is smooth.

Red,

I will be in Prescott, but I probably am not going to Rally it, maybe after I get some krapflaps

Kastle,

You are my role model, but I am not going to get the sunroof deflector I didn't think you had your v.5 wing installed yet?

Everyone else,

Thanks for all the compliments. I got several compliments from co-workers today as well.

How much did they charge you to paint everything, if you don't mind me asking? Do you know how much just the spats and sideskirts were to paint?

That paint is treasure. It looks like brushed aluminum. The body stuff and wing are nice.

Talking New Pics of my Scooby

I got my sideskirts, rear skirts, and v.5 spoiler painted and installed them this morning. I think it transformed the car. It looks very different. Just waiting on my WRX rear lenses and then I am done with the cosmetic part, then I can save for the turbo

More can be found in the members list

Just wanted to share, since I am really pleased with how it turned out. I just need to adjust the fitament of the rear skirts a bit.

You stole my car you bastard!

Seriously, I have my sideskirts painted, all the clears up front like yours, but I don't have the spats or v5 rear wing or the tint.

Is your car lowered? It looks a little lower then stock but not quite as low as mine (1.5" down on a set of 5Zigen's).

Sweet ride.

8,

I have the ground controls and set it about 1" - 1.25" all the way around. I had it about an inch lower but it was the worst ride. KYB is right when they say don't lower more than 1.5 inches

Thanks for the compliments.

Aaron,

That looks really sharp. You're coming to the Prescott Forest Rally, right? I'm looking forward to seeing it in person.

-Red

PS: You gonna' run the rallycross with those freshly painted lowers?

Lookin sweet. I have been watching your page for a while and seeing your car transform, neet to see the difference! I have a Silverthorne 99 and really want the spats now. I switched to the sedan wing though, and kinda want to keep the skirts black. Something about being a bit understated.....everytime I see a painted up car with the V5 wing I wonder though.....
