Question drivable with injectors + turbo + no tune?

would it be safe to drive my car to work for a few days with upgraded turbo, injectors, and fuel pump on the stock ecu? I'm getting my car tuned at the end of the month, but can't get off work to get everything installed the day before the tune (a Saturday). I also need to drive an hour+ to the place I'm getting my car tuned at. If I can drive it, any advice? Like staying below a certain rpm? Thanks.

the car will run a little rich obviously, but dont go above ~60% throttle. As long as you stay in open loop mode(less than 60% throttle) the car will adjust the fueling based on the front O2 sensor information. If you go wot then it will run based on predetermined maps, running really rich. So idle it everywhere and you will be ok, but it will probably run just a little rough.
