Default HALO INSTALL- need help

Did anyone hear install the halo lights (cheaper ones than genuine morettes) on the Gc8? If you did and successfully made them work please write back or post. I am having a difficult time getting both lights to turn on I own a 1995 impreza and it is a wiring issue @ this point the relay didn't work it wasn't plug and play. I need to pass inspection and these are not working I do not have high beams because I need a new relay or need the current one modified.

what are the bulb sizes? and what exactly is the problem? it might be that you spliced the wrong wire into the high beams.....i have installed other aftermarket lights on other vehicles and it is pretty straight forward...but let us know i am sure a few other members will be willing to help...also try pm'ing KSs2001RS IIRC i know for sure he has the dual beams....

I will have to take pictures. These HALOs (dual beams) have two H7s. I have a whatever the bulb size my car (1995 GC8) takes 9003 bulbs. My dad broke out the multimeter and was measuring positive and negatives from my factory oem harness when I have my low beams on and high beams.

I believe both sides like are positive @ one point and the middle prong section of the harness is like negative then when my high beams go on the middle piece is like not negative it turns positive and matches one side outlet with a positive. Anyways with the relay that came with the china made halo dual beams.. (not cracking on china too hard its just that they arent known for the utmost quality) the harness wasnt a plug and play affair I only got a signal to the lights with my high beam switch on along my steering column. So I need some sort of DIY relay to fix this where can I go for help or can you guys spec out a relay online and we can make it. Please help. I like the look of these dual beams. I mean should I ditch the relay stuff and buy HIDs and just run a switch separate ahh this is frustrating..
Help...
