Original Subaru Door Chime

Does anyone know where to get the original old-school Subaru door chime? And if so, could it be fitted to a late-model Subaru?

I've looked everywhere and can't find anything.
If I find an '80's-Subaru donor car...
A. Where is the thing that makes the noise?
B. How do I get it out?
C. Can I put it in my '04 WRX?

Somebody has to know this.
