Thumbs up fastline

Mark at fastline gave excellent service and his mud flaps are awesome, especially for the price $ 109. He also sales hood scoop screens and splitters which I have ordered also.

Thumbs up Fastline Motorsports

I have to give props where they belong. I did search but nothing came up under Fastline Motorsports in vendors review. So let me be the first one. Mark @ Fastline Motorsports took care of the problem with my mud flaps. And that was done on Sunday night. Responded fast to all my pm's, I wish more vendors were like that. Thanks Mark.

More props for Mark and Fastline. Just installed the flaps yesterday and they were easy to install and excellent quality.

I just got my mudflaps yesterday after placing my order on Sunday. Very fast service and it definitely looks like a top-notch product. Would definitely do business with Mark again.

Thumbs up

I just got my set of rally flaps in the mail and I'm very happy with the product. I had to do a little trimming on the front flaps so that they matched each other, but it took all of 2 minutes with a utility knife. They look great and I couldn't be happier. The customer service was lightning fast, and shipping only took 2 days. Thanks Mark, I'll definitley be buying again in the future!

I've been having trouble getting ahold of anyone at fastline. I ordered a set of rally flaps in early july. and I have been charged to my account, but I havent recived any contact that the product shipped, my emails haven't been responded to and my PMs haven't been read..

Is there a better way to get a hold of them?

Default What's up with Fastline motorsports?

I need help-
I paid Fastline motorsports for a front skid plate on Sept. 9th. Since then and despite a few emails and even attempted resolution from Paypal, I've gotten no part or any email or call from them. Does anyone know how I can call them since they don't answer emails?
Thanks
Any help is greatly appreciated-
dave

If you want it back then go about getting it back the right way... this is obviously not the right way. You are being laughed at and getting no where, so try again in a different manner.

Ditto here, though many people have vouched for Mark at Fastline saying he's a good guy and that he wouldn't intentionally screw people. I'm just hoping everything is OK over there at Fastline. If you do a search, I've already started a thread in the NESIC forum about this, and there's a thread started by Mark about the mudflaps from Fastline that has a full page or two of people saying he's gone MIA.

But now that this thread is here, and before it gets locked or moved to NESIC, does anyone have any idea what happened to Mark or how to get a hold of him? (his 3 email addresses aren't working).

I'm fairly close to Manchester, so maybe I'll get a chance sometime I'm in that area next to swing by and see if I can find the shop.

Relegated92x, in the mean-time I would definatley file a complaint with Paypal and try to get your money back before Paypal deems it too late. I gave Mark too much time and missed out on getting my money back - fortunately it was only $20 for hardware, and not something like a skidplate. Good luck!

1. Its not "his" shop its a body shop he works at (they are NOT affiliated [sp?])

2. He does this on his own, out of his appartment

3. When I ordered mine they showed up in like 3 days?

Well, no offense, but ya always check out a companies credentials on these forums before handing any money over. I'd IMMEDIATLY cancel the order, via credit card, paypal, whoever... otherwise, you're never going to see your hard earned money again.
