Default Help with some removals

I need to take off the rear towbar and in order to do that i need to remove the rear bumber any help?? And i just got night shades paint for my rear lights to make them darker i also need to be informed how to remove those. Please help quick.

i think that if you get down under the rear bumper you should be able to check for bolts that run from under a lip on your bumper and into the rear panel of the car, the rest I'm not too sure of.

What exactly is a tow bar? Is that like a trailer hitch? If so, you shouldn't have to touch the bumper at all

If you're referring to the tie-down eyes, they're not near the bumper either.

I'm confused.

My hitch(and every receiver type hitch I have seen for our cars) mounts to the unibody frame rails beneath the trunk on the BD or the cargo area on the BGs. No disturbance of the bumper is necessary for its install or removal. Of course you are in Aus., so the hitches could be quite a bit different.
