Thumbs down Paintscratch.com touchup PENS... no good

Spent $29 for the basecoat and clearcoat pen in factory
matched color from www.paintscratch.com

The paint matching was perfect, but the applicator pen is a god dang piece of crap. DO NOT GET THE PEN! just pay extra and
get the can and use some empty yogurt cup or something and a toothpick to apply. I endedup using a yogurt cup anyway....but
the problem is that the pen's felt tip dries and after one use
it is dried completely to a point it won't release the
paint inside the pen anymore!

The reason why I bought this was because the dealer was out
of touchup paint for my color (non-subaru) and the distributor
mentioned that the backlog dates 2 months! if it wasn't
for that, i would've just bought the dealer touchup.

since i used a toothpick as i always do to apply touchup,
it looks fine as any touchup job ive done in the past but that
pen applicator is a no go...one use and it's useless.

Don't use the paintbrush on the oem subaru paint. I pour a little droplet of paint into a plastic cap (water bottle) and apply it with a toothpick and let it drain into chip. Makes it sorta hard though since subaru paint is so thin though.
