Default How difficult is it to get the ^%*&^% error message?!?!?

I don't kow how many times a day I have to ask peoiple for the exact error message and still they cannot give it to me.

I love it when they give me error messages like this.

Client: I cant access my email with outlook express
Me: Ok did you get any sort of error message?
Client: Yeah its says the mail server could not be found and this error message came up (0X1E39200120)
Me: Are you sure your connected to the internet?
Client: umm let me check oh wait i wasnt sorry!

No, what you do is GIVE them a reason to call the helpdesk, and then don't answer when they do.

Face it. They keep you employed and annoyed. Think of it as reverse telemarketing. You'er the one getting called by teh customer and you're the one getting bothered. But the money flows the same direction....to you (mostly).

I love telling people to right-click, only to find out 10 minutes later they switched the buttons cause they are left-handed.
