Just had a fog light bulb go out. Which bulbs are the best and brightest?

I have PIAA platinum H-3's in my fogs for two years now, nice white light. They are a little spendy though, I would look into Philips or Hella replacements.

They're based out of the UK, but it's free shipping. You get a set of free wedge bulbs with every order also. I've order from them numerous times and shipping has been timely.
