Just had a fog light bulb go out. Which bulbs are the best and brightest?

Dont know if there the best, but I like the sylvania silverstars.

I have PIAA platinum H-3's in my fogs for two years now, nice white light. They are a little spendy though, I would look into Philips or Hella replacements.
