either on a bed or on the floor...curl up in the fetal position...that may alleviate the pressure...good luck

I can't surf OT in bed

OK, any serious responses like Dones or a heatpad? Obviously I should probably go get those.

Get on your knees and rest your ass cheeks on your heels.
Slowly reach out forward and touch the floor so that your lower thighs make contact with your chest.
Keep your head down for 3 to 7 breaths at a time, then come back up.

Next, lie down flat on your back while having a pillow positioned below your coxyx, and breath in and out slowly but deeply.

Take a dose of Doan's Back Pain or Extra-Strength Tylenol and then soak in a warm bath and then heat pad the area while keeping your feet warm as well.

If pain persists more than a 24 hour period, you should head to a physician.

I am so pissed at you *******! Alcohol increases the risk of dangerous stomach bleeding while taking ibuprofen. Secondly, it causes an unaffordable constipation to your digestive system which is the last thing you need when having back problems.

My suggestion is to consume some Kelloggs Frosted Mini-Wheats sprinkled with psyllium husk and drink with lots of water or head on over to your nearest taco stand and order the frijoles to excrete any toxins than may be existing while at the same time getting your sphincter back on track.

Stupid little bitch!

A Chiropractor will be able to help. The bad thing is once you start going your locked in, and keep going. If your back pain doesn't go away soon consider this as an option.
All of the stretching excecises are going to help. Also try a hot bath with epsom salts, and switching from a heating pad to a ice pack back and forth. Alieve has worked well for me in the past, but I try not to take too many pain killers anymore, after a while they just don't cut it.
