Default my TT and the A/F ratio dilemma

so i got the apex TT. for the most part, it works. the problem is when im driving, the A/F ratio will stay at 10.0 which in turn causes the TT to not self time. it actually will work and then go from 14.0 to 10.0 and stay there. then it will go back to reading the A/F ratio. but it does this a lot. what is the deal with this?

i havent seen this problem, plenty of people have installed these with no problem follwing my install guide found on scoobymods.com

first make sure your wired correctlly, then once your positive that everything has a good connection and it still isnt working.... start the RMA process

thanks. it was working fine for awhile i guess and then when i started leaving the A/F ratio display, i noticed its not working right. we used the hks harness with it. we'll go through all the wiring.
