impreza strut bar on a legacy?

anyone know if any model impreza strut bar will fit on a bd legacy?

That's a big negative there fella, the impreza is just a we'bit smaller than the legacy. I think the Struts aren't as high either so if you put an impreza strut bar on you may not be able to close the hood.

i'd say it depends. we're talking front bars here, right?

had a jc sports bar on the legover that the hood wouldn't clear properly unless it was angled.

then i installed a primitive racing bar and it fit just fine.

depends on the model. I have GC bars on my BC. The front fit fine. The rear I had to bend the brackets slightly on the one side.

I think these bars would work on the 95-99 legacies.....beyond that......I'm not sure.

I have a 95 - 98 Impreza front bar on MY95. I got a generic bar off of ebay ($25) and it fits perfectly fine. No noday can tell thats is not a name brand.

I have a Cusco GC8 fr strut bar and fits fine.
