Angry My car got broken into

People living in san mateo, becareful, because someone broke into my car last night and stole the change in my ash tray and garage opener, I think these ppl are smart as they stole the garage opener so they can break into my house to steal other stuff.

I have called the san mateo police and reported this incident and I have named a couple suspects. Sigh this is a terrible thing to have happened.

Bummer

I thought I had a bad weekend (somebody scratched the hell out of my bumper). Sorry to hear it. They stole the change? God, they must have been desperate.

What side San Mateo are you on? I'm on the east side away from downtown. I've never had my car broken into or keyed while I've had it here.

You unplugged you garage door opener yes?
I sure hope so.

In Chicago, they used to break windows all the time just to get the change one the console.
I had my car window busted once for 3 cents, I kid you not.
They took a cassette tape that was in the center console, but that was hidden, hit the locked glove box with a rock a few times, and tried to pop the trunk.

Dumb criminals suck worse than the smart ones.

Dude, there's nothing to worry about the garage opener... Just change the dam code and you'll be fine, or have your shot gun ready sitting at your garage man. Good luck!!

I'd sleep in my garage with a 12 gauge loaded with rock salt or bird shot.

Screw that. Double ought buck will do the trick permanently. You'll get sued if you just injure him.
