Default Headlights Condensation?

So did the headlight mod to remove the amber reflector from the headlights on my 2000 legacy gt limited sedan. After a FEW weeks, the front right headlight started to build up a lot of condensation inside of it. So i cooked it again, this time i put a ton of caulk in there to insure a proper seal. the next few days it was pretty cold out again, still not condensation. Here comes today when its about 65 this afternoon, and a VERY small bit on condensation has built up in this same headlight. Is this normal for any type of headlight to occur occasionally? I sealed it VERY well....

you may not have gotten all the moisture out of it when you re-assembled it

Take it off and dry it out. Try taking the bulbs out and use a hair dryer to cycle hot and cool air through it.

Default Same Problem

I just recently experienced this problem, except that I didn't take my headlamps apart. Only thing different is the new HID's. How do I get rid of the condensation? Heat gun? Hairdryer?

Read my DIY on how to do this "Koji headlight mod", and I explain how my lights ended up doing the same thing. The bulbs were wet when I inserted them, and when they turned on it vaporized the water droplets on them into steam which clouded my headlights.
