I'm having the same problems, I also have the Helix downpipe. Actually the other day I had Kartboy hangers put on but instead of loud banging while going in reverse it's now rubbing against that crossmember now that its even tighter and making noise when just driving around normally. I'm gonna have it checked out. I hate the fitting of this exhaust

do you have the kartboy hangers in the middle of the pipe or at the end of the pipe.?? just wondering. cuz there are 4 joints for the hangers. i believe two right in front next to the tip and two further in.. cuz im think of putting the kartboy in the front only

I have this as well, and I think I get some knocking like what you described. It happens more when I'm in 1st or 2nd and letting off the gas with the rpms around 4k. It's not too noticeable though, especially with the radio on. When I first got it installed, the thing would make a cowbell noise or a gear grind noise (when moving) whenever I turned on the a/c. It turns out it was rubbing against the heat shield or something. Fixed that, but I occasionally hear a knock or two.

What's more annoying is my antenna, it makes noise everytime I go over a bump or let off the gas in 2nd gear. I have the antenna fully extended.

mine did this but it was on one of the rear hangers wher ethe muffler is, it keeps scooting toward the passenger side and hitting that hanger, I just used a 2" section of heater hosed zipped onto the hanger to keep it from touching , works fine
