Default Totalled STi pics w/Ken Fowler Motors tags. Anyone know the story?

This was originally posted across the country in the Mid-Atlantic Region forums. I was wondering if anyone knew the story behind this, as the car does not look to be titled, and it has Ken Fowler motors on the tags. To me this almost looks like a possible test drive accident.

From the photo, looks like the dealership is in Ukiah. It is a city in Northern CA. You might want to try the Bay-Area chapter.

Dibs on the spoiler!

Strangely enough, the front doors still look like they would open... and how in the HELL did a 2X4 get jammed under the hood like that?

I suspect that guy fell off somewhere and that 2x4 go through the hood vertically... some crazy wreck.

That car has more issues than a magazine rack.

I'll take anything off that that wasn't totally destroyed (shifter knob, spoiler and the back wheels seem to be ok) but really that sucks. Hopefully it wasn't on a test drive like the EVO through the showroom glass window!
