I'm sure it's in the same location as the wrx- pull the carpeting at the passenger side of the car- there should be a kick plate- undo the bolts - 4 if iirc- and then there you go- ecu

and he asked where the flux capacitor was, not what...

as far as the glove box- there are a butt load of screws around the edge of it. open it up, then start going at the screws- there's always some you miss, so make sure you don't just go yanking at it
