Post Anybody know of a 15x7" rim that will fit a Subie?

I recently purchased a set of Kumho V700s and mounted them on my snow rims (Legacy L take off rims). The tires are 225/50-15, and are really too wide for the 15x6" rims I'm using. They work - I ran them at Lime Rock last week and again at an auto-x today - but they would certainly do better on a wider rim.

I know (from another post on the board) that there are some Subaru 15x6.5" rims out there from Outback Sports I believe. That would certainly be better than the 6" rims I have now, but I don't think 6.5" is gonna be wide enough to really optimize the tires. One of the auto-x organizers has a Fiero with the exact same tires on 15x7" rims, and they looked perfect.

So far the only thing I've found in 15x7" is the Panasport C5CF-1 (I think that's right), which I can get with all the way up to +59mm offset. Unfortunately, I'd be looking at 10-12 weeks delivery since they would be custom made for me. 10-12 weeks from now the New England auto-x season will just about be over!

So, does anybody know of any somewhat readily available 15x7" rims that have enough offset for us to use? Any leads would be much appreciated.

Raceline RL-7
SPD sells them. www.spdusa.com
I can't remember the price of them right now, but I think they were cheaper than Speedlines.

the best 15" wheels you could ever buy to race your scoob is a set of oem mags from 1994 Legacy turbo, they are the exact ones off a 93-93-95 WRX, they will clear the willwoo calipers that i have and are virtually indestructible... that's the exact setup we have on our version 5 rally car for when we need 15's....

Travis - looks like those Racelines might be the ones for me. $168 apiece, which isn't too bad (the Panasports would be $199, plus that 10 week delay).

Ownly - There's a Subie salvage facility here in CT, I'll have to check and see what they've got rim-wise. Do you know if that 15" rim is a 7" wide rim? I would guess it's atleast 6.5" if it was on the WRX.

Any other inputs?

These are the "nicest" stock Subaru alloys I have seen.

15x6.5 and I have run Sumitomo 225/50 without any rubbing anywhere.

The rims have "SUBARU" one of the spokes.

Cool

Volk te37 15x7 or 15x7.5 your choice... at 8-9lbs each you will not find a better wheel.

Ownly - I've only run at Lime Rock once so far. The club I ran with (and also auto-x with) normally runs two events there each year, but this year there's only one. I need to go through the schedule posted at LRP's website and see if I can glom on to some other clubs. I know a lot of BMW and Porsche clubs run there - maybe I can run with them.

Ravent - the TE-37s sound nice, and I've seen pictures of somebody's car on the board here with them (was that yours, the silver one with white TE-37s?). Where can one get them? I tried searching the 'net a bit and didn't have any luck. Any suggestions?
