Question What to use one Weather Stripping??

Hey all.. What does everyone use to protect/clean the weather stripping around the doors ect??? Mine are starting to look a little ragged.

Same stuff you use for your dash.
Tends to be a bit grimy so do a once over with a cleaner first.
