Kevin,
I agree Gruppe-S seem to be good guys. Nevertheless I have contacted both Gruppe-S and Mauromotorsports via PM/email, but still haven't received replies from either. I guess will see what/if anything comes of it.

Honestly, without your post, they couldnt sell any wheels to USDM STi owners!

You should get commision, or at least a finders fee!

Without your assistance and a million fone calls, I would have never known that GramLights would have fit!

Time for the afternoon Nana!
LMAO..... but thanks for the kind words . Sad thing is I wasn't even asking for a commission as I am most likely helping there business (I guess it maybe to hard to mention me) . With that aside I owe alot of credit to the members that have helped make the list keep growing. So thanks all that have helped!!!!

Lastly, I have now added 3 new wheels that Luke (Tirerack) has confirmed fit: OZ Superleggera = 18x8_ET48, BBS RE = 18x8_ET50, OZ Superleggera III = 19x8_ET48. I guess now Gruppe-S/Mauromotorsports need to update there lists, maybe I should PM/email them with a link or just let them know there lists are outdated .

57F's in stock?! I find that hard to believe. I didn't think anyone would stock them, and I called around quite a bit. essogas, mind if I ask you where you found them?

Steve,
Not sure where essogas got the wheels from but if you don't mind calling one more place I would reccommend calling Wheeloptions 1-888-568-2746 and ask for Vick. He has been more than helpful the few times that I have called him along with usually always having hard to find wheels in stock.

Well I called, Vick is on his way to Tokyo Auto Salon. So Raf is looking for me, his books showed that they had the 18's, but he is doing a physical look to see if the 57F's are there in Silver at 17x7.5 ET48.

I will post an update when Raf calls back!

So many nana's....so little time.......

Well, I'll give you a hint. I live in Canada so there is a place that has a set near where I live. They want to get rid of them and offered me 400.00 CND off the amount.

Also, I'm not so sure about this list because I just spoke to the guy again and told him about this list and he told me he's unsure about the 57F's fitment but assured me the F7C gram lights WILL NOT Fit because he's tried to fit one on an STI and it does not work. SO, there's some more dis or (mis)-information for you. I think the only thing you can do is try it on and see. I'm going tomorrow to try on the 57F's.

I'm very curious in seeing the results of the 57F fitment. I talked to raf actually a while back, and the guys at gruppe-s, and a number of others, then finally called Makinen Importers (the company that imports for all of those guys) and they told me there were none here. I think the 18's that wheeloptions had were in gold, but I'm not sure.

Canada.. never thought of going up there for them. Good call

(waiting anxiously)

essogas, as for the Gram Lights I go tall the fitment specs via Tim @ ImportHookup (see link in previous post of mine on page 5). Hopefully they all the specs are correct but as you said I guess will have to wait and see when/if a member gets them.

Just an FYI, after sending an email to Anthony @ Mauromotorsports he was more than willing to credit me on compiling the list that he used on his site.
So with that said I will give a few nanas' for Mauromotorsports: .

Rick

p.s. essogas can't wait to see the pics .

I am anxiously awaiting confirmation of the GL 57F fitment.

Upon further examination of the tables on the Rays website,
http://rayswheels.co.jp/emenu/wheel.html
they don't indicate any GLs as fitting a STi or as they put it "size table match BREMBO caliper of IMPREZA (GDB)".

I guess we won't know for sure until essogas has them on the car. Them pictures don't lie, unless of course you have Photoshop!

I have once again PMed Tim @ ImportHookup to see if he can confirm the fitments of the various style Gram Lights (deleted old PM that I had from him). Hopefully between the few vendors were in touch with we will get some answers.

I'm back from the shop and we test fitted the Gram Light 57F 17X7.5 48 offset. The result...drum roll...These rims are NOT EVEN CLOSE TO FITTING properly. I have one pic that will prove it. I wish I got a wide shot but my batteries died.(of course) Oh well, there is a nice close up that CLEARLY shows that the Gram Lights 57F 17X7.5 do not clear the calipers by a long shot.

SLKWrx is going to host the photo. We even put in a 5mm hubcentric spacer and it still didn't clear the brembos! He tried an 8mm spacer and it cleared by 0.5mm. Too close and any rim flex would certainly hit the calipers.

So, so much for this list. I think a new list should be started from scratch and every wheel that supposedly fits should be backed up with a name from an owner who actually has them installed or has physically test fitted them.

That's my 2 cents. Thanks.

Thanks for the update essogas, but don't you think that is a little extreme to say so much for the list (you make it sound like it was a waste of my time). Heck if you want me to find members that have the wheels, just ask and I will do my best to find screen names (I will do it tonight)..... as for the wheels not fitting well simply put I got those specs again from Tim @ ImportHookup so take it up will him. So I guess you can't even trust vendors either .

Rick

p.s. the Gram Light 57F 17X7.5_ET48 is now off the list

No offence to you, ami2fst4u. I know I come off brash many times, but it's not toward you. It's toward some of the vendors out there that are more interested in selling wheels and are not 100% sure they will fit. They go by the, "it should fit fine" theory. I think maybe keep this list, but add a note or "*" beside each one that says something to the effect of this has been tested or so-and-so has this installed perfectly so the one's with notes or something are GUARANTTED. The other wheels can be just left at speculation and are not guaranteed to fit.

Per the request of essogas, I have started adding members/vendors that have CONFIRMED fitment. See list on page 1.

Again this list is more of a guideline, if you're going to buy a wheels obviously confirm again with the vendor that the wheel fits (or at least a reliable source), as it has showed some vendors are giving out the wrong info. hence why the list has been wrong a few cases.

Rick

p.s. By the end of today, all wheels will be updated with members/vendors that have confirmed fitment. If I can't find a reliable thread in which one of the wheels were listed (meaning no member/vendor) it will be removed from the list until further notice.

Wow! Gram lights that fit and a picture too! Good work. Too bad these gram lights don't come in one solid colour.
