your calculator was fed bad info. That setup is 5mm more inner clearance, 15mm less outer clearance. The tire is taller than stock, but not by much. Should be fine, but you'll be close to your rear fenders.

My comments would be 19" wheels offer only a poor selection of overly expensive tires. Also, 255 is not a lot of width for the 2011 STi. 265 or even 275 can be done with stock fenders if you keep the offset up.

I used: http://www.1010tires.com/wheeloffsetcalculator.asp

New rims are 9.5 offset 45.
Stock rims are 8.5 offset 55
So if the offset calculator was given wrong info, the offset for a stock rim is not 55? http://www.iwsti.com/forums/gr-tires...ei-offset.html

okay so without modifying the fenders on a 2011 sti sedan,

CE28N 18x9.5 with what offset will be the best to use with 265 35 18?

Thanks again.

Why are you afraid of rolling the rear fenders? There is so much fender that it's not even funny.

You used the WHEEL width, which is nowhere near the limiting factor. I used the TIRE width (245/40R18 vs 255/35R19) and the offset.

Well, its not fear.

In 07, I bought an 07.
In 08, I traded in the 07 for an 09.
And this year, I traded in the 09 for this car.

I just want to keep the body of the car stock.
Its a personal preference just in case I decide to sell this car in 3 years.

This gave me the section width in inches: http://www.1010tires.com/TireSizeCal...?action=submit

I then got the offsets in mm from vendors.

And used them in:
http://www.1010tires.com/wheeloffsetcalculator.asp
Which says that:
inner clearance has 5mm more
outer position extends by 15mm

If the math is already correct, using the ce28n, what is the maximum safe outer position extension(mm) without rubbing anywhere on stock suspension with no fender mods?

I have never once had anyone care if the fenders were rolled. Those who did care were so excited that it was done right and beautifully. A proper roll will look like the rear fenders of a BMW (they are rolled from the factory on the sport package models). In 02, got an 02. In 06, I got an 06. In 07, I got an 08. In 10, I got an 11... I buy cars often too.

Does anyone know FOR SURE if any of the below wheels fits in a classic Impreza with gold brembos fitted?

Default Impreza 2.5i Wheels

I wont to get the gold BBS whels for my subaru Impreza 2.5I 2007. and the bolt pattern is 5*100. I have BBS whelss in good condition for STI 2007, but it doesn't fit on my car because the bolt pattern is 5*114.

If you don't see a wheel/offset listed that you KNOW fits the STi please post it, and I will update the list as more wheels come available. I too am still waiting to here back from a few manufactures as to other wheels that fit, and I will update accordingly after I get responses.

Enjoy,
Rick

p.s. This list was compiled using fellow Nasioc members posts (members that actually have these wheels on STi's) as well as some of the manufactures fitment guides.

If you mean swap wheels with someone, by all means do, the 04' and earlier STi's had the 5X100 wheels. If you mean swap hubs so your car is now 5X114, you can do that too, although that is considerably more expensive.

The 2004 sti bbs are not the same wheel, they are half an inch narrower @ 17x7.5.

They are ~900-1000 in my area.

These wheels are in high demand, as they are the only STi wheels that fit the WRX/Forester/Legacy. They occasionally show up on Ebay, and the For Sale threads of various Subaru Forums, $900-1000 is a fair estimate for almost anywhere. New, they would cost considerably more. ShopSubaruParts.com has them for $776.15 each, plus shipping, they typically have about the best prices on OEM parts.

1. Will 18x7.5/ET48/5x100 Prodrive GC010E clear brembo brakes on my 04' STI.

I need to know this for sure %100, no guess's. I'm about to spend $1400 for these if they fit and I can't return them.

Please Help asap! I saw one other thread that implied they may not fit...but specs are so close to stock with ET48 instead of 53... Don't want to waste time and money if they don't fit. Thanks for any help!

It the same with good condition I am not lie. The bolt pattern is 5*114, 17 inch with rims and tiers. It doesn't fit on my Impreza because my bolt pattern is 5*100.
