Default Stage 2 Kevlar clutch kit $425 shipped now availabe for 2.5RS

This is the best clutch ever designed in my opinion. This is the same clutch we have installed into about 8 cars so far including my own! It's so close to the stock feel its amazing!

This is a full disc, sprung, and will hold 470 lb/ft of torque at the fly wheel without even flinching on the WRX and 355 ft/lb on the 2.5 RS. This clutch doesn't need to be heated up to function like most Kevlar clutches, since this unit is designed as a full disc and not a puck design it grabs hot or cold.

Engagment is as smooth as butter and when fully released grabs hard, it has the right amount of give to not snap the tranny.

I would not recomend any other clutch if you are upgrading, this is the only choice if you are adding mods to your car and need a new clutch.

This clutch retails for $599 and we are offering it to you for $425 shipped

The Spec Stage II clutch and Fidanza flywheel for $775 shipped.

The kit for the 2.5 is the same price as the WRX, this is not a normally stocked part and takes about 5 days to get in but is well worth the wait!

Please call us at 1-866-WRXTuner

Have a great week!

Can this clutch be "slipped" or is it too grabby? Would it be ok if i ever drag race? About how much HP can it handle? I was thinking of getting the clutchmasters stage 3 based on my mods, would this clutch work just as well/better? Thanks!

Sid

edit: will this fit a 99 2.5RS

This clutch can be slipped and will hold 470 lb/ft of torque if you are putting that down you have to be around 500+ HP

On the 2.5RS it's 355lb/ft which is still about 400HP.

I have the same clutch in my WRX and it's sooooooo nice

Regarding this clutch for the 2.5RS...

Are you positive that it is push-type? Gotta ask, seen places that have been mistaken before.

Does it hold 470ft.lbs. of torque as well? Is that the actual rating from the company or has it actually been tested to this?

Who makes the clutch? Sorry, but this is a necessary. I've heard far too many cases (from very trusted people) of clutches from certain companies being bad. In particular clutches that hold ok for a few months and then all of a sudden they start to lose their performance and slip randomly when not even applied anywhere near their limits.

There are two different part #'s for the WRX and 2.5 you would be getting the 2.5 application

"I wouldn't do that to ya man!"
Talk to you all soon,

What about these, though? Specs you'll need to look up?

Default Power rating...

I didn't mean to miss the question on the strength. This clutch is rated to 470 lf/ft of torque, this company is very reputable and if you ask most any serious domestic car owners that run a lot of power they will know this company.

I do my own home work when researching products so that I can bring you quality products at the best prices I can.

I hope you can see that I also lowered the price on the combo

Saved everyone another $25!

Talk to everyone soon,
Nick

I had an ACT before this clutch and didn't like it, the clutch was too heavy and it was very rough to engage. Unlike organic clutches, if you slip this one you don't get the clutch fade and NO SMELL

I talk from experiencing both the ACT and this SPEC, if I didn't believe in it, I would never recommend it, and I sell the ACT!
