Wink New times on new combo......

Go ahead, I know there are several of you who will complain that I need to go to a Mustang forum. All I have to say is

Went to the track for a test day on Sat. (Nov 1) Only made a few passes. All on Drag Radials, NO power shifting and trying not to John Force on the launch!

R/T: 1.34 Was trying to get the RPMs just right!
60': 1.76
1/8: 6.68 @ 103.3
1/4: 10.44 @ 129.4

Looking to get something a little closer to a true slick for next time. Still have quite a bit left in it. I do plan on driving this car anytime I want. (i.e.: STREETABLE) Let me know what you guys think.

I was using the Mich's, they just wouldn't hook so I put the old DRs on it! Was just blowing the stockers off, even from a roll.

Just a few:

Kenne Bell Blowzilla (Polished)
Kenne Bell "Big Oval" Throttle Body
Kenne Bell Boost-A-Pump
55# Injectors
2.66" Pulley
Diablosport Chip
Magnaflow X-pipe w/o cats
Flowmaster Cat(less)-Back
Steeda Tri-Ax
Steeda CAI
Steeda C/C Plates
Steeda Tower Brace
Steeda Subframe Connectors
Autometer Boost Gauge
Autometer Fuel Gauge
Denso Iridium IT 22 Spark Plugs
Nitto 555R Drag Radials

Have a NX dry kit for it (only 25hp), but not going to use it until needed!

I am sure that car has a low low ten in it. With 700WRH I would think that 9's are doable.

Well she hasnt driven it at the track yet its in test and tune at the shop. On stock block and heads she dynoed 465hp at the crank and 383whp. With new mods we'll be looking at around 800-900 hp! Where are you from?

Damn, nice times! I wanted a 03 Cobra so badly... but I couldn't afford it at the time. Now I can but the WRX is already so modded and I've grown to love it that I can't part with it.

Also, you probably already know this, but where are you going to stick your nitrous? In the MAF? I was told by a 03 owner spraying a 75 shot through the MAF, and he said it gave him 113hp to the wheels and 98 ft/lbs of torque. I can't remember the reason though..

Sounds killer! Going for a street car or track car??? I still have full interior. Don't really care to butcher it up. Would like to be able to take 2 or 3 people to the track, run in the 10's-9's, and then drive them home! Wish I would have been able to do the Paxton on my old 93 Cobra. Car made 500+ on a Vortech S-Trim. Nothing too special. In Texas.

I love 03 Cobras. The Blowzilla is one cool unit too. My friend has a KB Blowzilla too... thing pulls like NOBODY's business and he doesn't even have half the supporting mods you do.

I wish I could get myself to like Mustangs, cause I am very impressed with what they can do at the strip.

A good friend of mine named Lee just ordered his Blowzilla last week for his 03 Cobra. I think I'm going to have to purchase a Supra with a meaty turbo to hang with him.
