Unhappy Water Sloshing after rainfall. Frame rails

If car is parked nose uphill, when driving off on level ground - starting and stopping - I can hear large amounts of water sloshing forward or backward. It almost sounds like I'm at the ocean and waves are rolling in.

When I stop the car and look water is coming out of holes in the frame raiils on the drivers side of the car. This frame rail is inboard about a foot, water drips out different holes on its 6 foot lenth to the rear suspension.

Even on a dry day there will be water dripping down from the frame in the area behind the front suspension drivers A arm.

Any ideas or tech service bulletins out on this?
steve

Obviously if there is water dripping from some where and you can here it sloshing about you have a problem. Where exactly is the water coming from? Your description is a little vague, but it sounds as though you've got a plugged drain hole on the chasis rail. Look under the car and see if all the drain holes are clear along the chasis rail.

It is a strange symptom as I've never heard of water being trapped in that area. I've heard of water being trapped in the rocker panel but never the chasis rail.

THanks H6. The rail holes are pretty big. I did some work with a garden hose and made a new post - the problem is with the water coming down the windshield into the black cowl. That water fillls up something in the car body.
