Default 1970 Subaru 360

I bought this car with the intention of restoring it, but now it looks like my job situation may be changing in two weeks.

1970 Subaru 360. It actually runs!!! 2-cycle rear engine rear wheel drive. Body work is in good shape with a few dings but no major rust other than surface rust where someone did some sanding and primering long ago. Interior is in very good shape for its age, no cracks or tears and it even has the original radio that works. The master cylinder leaks a bit, so it would need to be repaired before the car is safe to be driven regularly.

$2500 OBO

email deadbolt@aol.com with interest.

Sucks you're selling it...good luck with the sale though.

Oh, and since he has apparently gotten creative with his Location field (and I know people are bound to ask) he's in Western NC.

2 cycle engine? that can't be right can it? You mean like a chainsaw or mx bike where there are cylinder ports instead of valves in the head and it fires every revolution and you have to use pre-mix oil?

Yep, it is a 2 stroke, sounds like a gigantic chainsaw when it is running.
