Unhappy Subaru of America's COO is leaving Subaru

Just was surfing and caught the link on AutoNews. If anyone else posted it, my apologies.
Update: Muller was COO and President.

actually it could be a good thing. Stock holders might like the switch. Maybe GM likes the switch. Who knows

Hey. Maybe it'll be a good thing. Perhaps the new COO/President will actually commit to giving us the Turbo Imprezas we've all been gagging for...

I want the job!!

I promise to let everyone know exactly what the US Spec WRX will do, to reinstate MAF sensors - though reliable ones - in the Imprezas and to create GOOD aftermarket parts relatively cheap. I promise to make all dealerships service vehicles under warantee, even if they have major mods on them. And lastly, I promise to make the locking center differential available in the US

Cool

From what I understand the old COO was much like Lee Iacoca. Lee saved Chrysler by building "somewhat reliable" cheap cars. Well, the old Subie COO saved the company by staying kind of conservative and relying on one two things -- reliability and AWD.

So, maybe now they will get a little more bold in the State. Look what happened to Chrysler after Iacoca left!
