Default Pass aircare

Minimum, how many cats would you have to keep in an '04 wrx, to pass aircare in vancouver? And does position matter? is it better to have 1 in the up pipe, one in the down pipe, or one in the downpipe and one in the intermediate pipe?

Thanks

with my'02..I had Vishnu up-pipe, and TBE exhaust with the 1 cat....no air care in Prince George, but the Eviro. Canada people set up a booth and I passed with no probelm. I'm not too sure of the similarities between the two tests, but the man said my car was "dirty" for such a new car, but still well within the allowed parameters.
