The Auto tranny is known to Overheat with even very small amunt of boost. I would definetly invest in a tranny cooler.

Question

What is the best turbo to get? I want something that's not insanely expensive and is also safe for the car.

-Oh, forgot to mention that it's a 2001 model

10 to 13 lbs of boost is pretty high. Make sure you lower your compression and build up your bottom end.
