So i'm a new person to both the forum and being a owner of a subura...i'm also an owner of mitsubishi eclipse which i spent alot of money on...so the subura world is pretty new to me...what i was wondering is if anyone has any suggestions on what i can do to...get my car running around 12 flat with no nitrous (well no nitrous yet...) as of right now i have a turbo xs chip, blitz fmic, stage 1 upgraded turbo, blitz electronic boost control a custom cold air intake and it was all dyno tuned up in connecticut of course all of this was done by the prior owner who loved this car and babied it and wanted nothing but style and speed from the car...so what i was wondering is if everyone (if they wanted and were willing) could let me know what everyone has ran in the 1/4 and what there set up is...i'm basically interested in what the wrx can do...thank you very much

well, the only other alternative to etown is.... gulp... ATCO!!!
its a ghetto kfc rundown POS track, that i HATE w/all my heart!!! ......... although i did hit my best 60' and trap there... im just gonna go down to etown before they close... the lines mite me long, the wait mite b long, but at least i kno ill pull consistent times that make sense & i wont be forced to go through the goddamn 'burnout tunnel of doom'... ![]() |

lol...Atco is more of a hick track, I wouldn't call it ghetto, persay. So much old Detroit Iron there, its always refreshing to see some fast Subarus eating Rustangs and Crapmaros (like Eric L's ). My only beef w/them is that I know I had a 12 sec run, and the time clocks messed up and didnt' print out an ET/trap. So I had to leave with 13.0@106 as my best of the day last time I was there. And yeah, the burnout tunnel of doom is intimidating at first, LOL! ![]() Gotta love how they're open year round, though. |
