Default Anyone have these Borla catback systems?

Does anyone know if the following Borla catback systems which are listed as being for a WRX fit my '00 2.5 RS?

Borla catback system:

Borla "hush" catback system: http://www.fastwrx.com/bohucaex.html

I wasn't really interested in any Borla system because I've always heard they are so loud, but in both item descriptions they are considerably quieter than my existing ApexI N1 catback system. The first one also got impeccable reviews on
http://www.subarureview.com
The second one got very good reviews on the NASIOC message board. I would consider getting either of the two, it's just I want to make sure they will fit on my vehicle. I'd also like to know what kind of performance gains they are expected to give? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Why don't you just buy the exhaust Borla makes for the 2.5 RS?

Because one of these in particular is only $399, and the other is not much more expensive and it's the quietest cat-back system I've seen.
