Default When Win XP starts, it goes to the Welcome screen. Any way to get rid of that?

When I start Win XP it goes to a welcome screen and I have to click on "Owner" to get into windows. There is no alternate log on names or anything.

Is there a way to bypass this so it goes directly to Windows? Thanks

not now...that's something to set up during installation of Windows.

Otherwise, you could set it to use the old style login screen.

or perhaps delete that account, so only the admin account it there...that may do it. Or turn on Fast User Switching...that may do it, also

You can disable the 'sign-in' gimmick, but I think the blue "WELCOME" screen is part of load-up. You can also lower the time that it displays system settings to 1 second.
