Question Squeaking/Creaking noise from rear suspension

Well.. I did a search and didn't come up with much. A lot of people get a clunk from their suspension, but I get a squeak/creaking noise.

I recently got the Eibach Pro-kit installed on the stock struts... it's only been 2 months and now I'm getting this noise. It's coming from the rear suspension. At first it only happened when I went over speedbumps or like into driveways. Lastnite driving thru DC and having 2 people in the backseat the noise got worse. I could hear it over every bump in the road

Anyone got any idea what it can be or how I can fix the problem? I tried to push down on both corners of the rear but it wasn't as loud as it is if I'd have been driving. I'm almost to the point of just getting coilovers and swappin em out. Thanks for any help

you could try spring silencers. They are basicly the spiral style wire looms.

I have the same sound but it is from the larger rear sway bar and endlinks. After a few weeks, I began hearing it, esp. in colder weather. I used spray on white lithium grease on the bushings and it helped somewhat.

Over time, the grease gets pushed out and creaking begins. I think I am going to wrap my bar with teflon tape where the bushings are to see if that ends up being a more permanent solution.

Maybe your sound is the swaybar and not the springs?

Where would you get those?

I may have to see if I can grease them. It is possible it could be the swaybar, but I haven't touched it. Still using the stock swaybar.

Thanks for the info
