Post Is Someone Pulling My Leg???

Ok...I went to get my car serviced for wrong sparks sold and burned the sparks and wires...but that's besides the point.
The Subie Tech told me that there is a Twin Turbo WRX in VA which his friend who works at the VA dealer, told him it was awesome...
He said the WRX is coming but that there was a WRX Twin Turbo that hardly anyone knows about. He said it is so high in boost that you can't let go of the clutch normally, but had to be done with careful ease because of it's high boost or full boost at low torque--all the time....
His friend was positioning it in the showroom when he let go of the clutch too quickly and the car jumped thrust and crashed through the glass doors...
I don't know how true that is but....Twin Turbo...Um... STi???
Anyone heard about this...? It's just too hard to believe...

Thumbs down

I'm going to call BS on this one... positioning it in the showroom? As if to sell it? No way. There has never been a turbo Impreza sold in the US before, and I am not aware of the existence of any twin-turbo Impreza. TT Legacy, yes but not Impreza.

There is the vague possibility that someone built a twin-turbo RS, but I seriously doubt it because we'd have seen it on here at some point. Nobody builds a TT Impreza and hides it away in their back yard.

Ditto. I'd love to check that out (though I doubt it's true). TT on a car that can already make 400+ hp from a single? Sounds stupid to me.

As far as I know the only twin-turbo Subaru is the Legacy B4 RSK. Which is of course unavailable in the US.
