Default Mini Cooper S

So my friend bought a Mini Cooper S, despite my very biased advice. And know she's asking for more advice.

The dealership told her that she doesn't need to warmup her car.
So why not and how is this bad?

Also, vividracing, has turbo timers available in their Mini specific electronics section, but no plug and play harness.
Does this thing really need a turbo timer?

I don't think it does b/c it doesn't receive hot exhaust gases like a turbo so it shouldn't get as hot and i don't think the rpms on a supercharger are as high as a turbo. What are your opinions?

What does the manual say?

you would do better to disembowel her with a pitch fork

if i had to give money to vivid racing or the Taliban, i would have a hard choice to make.

DO NOT LET YOUR NAME GET IN VIVID'S COMPUTER!!!!!!

trust me.
