Post Help:SubieGal and Rally-Xers

It look like we shall have a Rally-x for the US Meet here in Kansas City. My only problem is. I have never been to a Rally-x and I don't know how to set it up. As soon as I get confirmation of the site. I will go out and find out how BIG the site is for the track. Than I guess we can go from there. So I need so veteran Rally-x drivers to help out if you can, PLEASE!!!!!!
I look like we shall be doing it on the grounds outside the Kansas Speedway oval.

That will give you kind of the idea how big the fields are.

contact your local SCCA chapter...they should be able to help you out with everything and they will probably have all the equipment needed.

The local KC Region SCCA has never run a Rally-x. I already got a ok on using their equipment, ( timing light, cones and so on).
I need help on setup. Designing the track and so on.

well i believe the scca rally rule book have the specs as in how to go about putting one on and what you will have to have...helmets safty items etc

one of the things that is important is to have the top cars (rally cars) not be able to reach more than 40mph at any one time (straights) make sure to have lots of turns cause it is about car control not hp

This little fact will keep the idiots from rolling their cars and getting hurt.

good luck
