Default EG33 overbore to 3.5

Hi guys,
This is my first post here, and I wanted to ask if the EG33 could somehow be overbored/re-linered from 96.9 to 99.5mm so that EJ25 pistons could be used. Any ideas?

Default Factory service manual

states a maximum overbore of 0.5mm. Sounds like new sleeves would be in order.

I guess I should have stated that I know it can't be overbored beyond 0.5mm, but the question is , exactly what is involved in re-linering? Is it something that a competent machine shop can do? Would I have to fabricate custom liners? And would they have to be made of grey cast iron? Can I coat the bores directly with Nicasil or something equivalent? All your ideas would be appreciated. Thank you
