I think SPD carries them. I priced the one from the new WRX for the neck of it and it's like a grand for the wheel and air bag. Yikes!

I'm getting a used one like the WRX's with an airbag for $120 from Australia... Looks exactly like it and IS a momo steering wheel.. Got myself a deal... It's from a 94 WRX.

Peaty - He's not looking for the stock replacement...

I don't know about how good the prices are for wheels, but http://www.ultraperformance.com/momo/swheels.shtml has them... $217.95 + $47 (hub) if you can get them to sell it to you. Tell them it's for an off-road rally car and they will probably be happier to help. Something about the legality of disabling airbags. Company policy. Whatever. Tell them what they want to hear so you can't sue them.

I think they were like $10 a piece cheaper on the shifter I was looking at compared to other places. If anybody has other suggestions I'd be interested in looking.
