NBC is, and will be, airing American LeMans for this year and at least next year for 6-8 races.

Thank god for LeMans and CART or else i'd go nuts!

Personally I love the rare occasions I'm at someone's house with Speedvision and catch the BTCC series. Man I'd love to do that.

Post Nashville Network is Dead! NO more NASCAR

thats right MTV bought out the Nashville Network and it renaming it National Network. VP of the Nashville network said he is not moving to New York and leaving behind his home of 30 years.

MTV announced that the head of Nickelodeon will run the network and it will target a more diverse, and younger croud. Well I suppose that all those bigger cars will have to find a better place to be aired. TNN also dropped it contract with the world of outlaws, and ASA dirt track racing. Good ridance! I sure hope Speedvision does not try to make up for the lack of coverage. There is too much of that junk on the network now.

I just thought I would ring in and give some news. More on this subject can befound on
www.speedvision.com

later..

NBC has the contract with NASCAR for next year. Damn shame none of the real TV stations really car about motorsports that don't take place on oval tracks.
