Question Decals...

Vinyl Decals on sides of car... Can they be taken off in couple years if I stop liking them?

Cool

Yes, use a real good paint remover or a strong acid, like battery acid.

(JUST KIDDING!)

If the vinyl stickers have been on a while, a heat gun (or cheap hair dryer)can warm then up and make them soft so that you can ever so slowly peel them off.

That will be $10 please.

Eh Andrew, in a few years yer paint might fade a bit, and when u take off the decal, you'll have the outline of it, cuz the paint that was covered never faded....

Yea make sure you put something on your car that you will want for a long time. After a couple of years, you probably will have the decal outline. You might be lucky if the rest doesn't fade, but I figure that it will.

Cool

or if its real hot out...let it sit in the sun for a bit and peel slow from an angle. If there is still glue residue, use a kind of bug and tar remover but make sure you wax back over the area right after its clean.
If you need any decals goto www.ViggDesigns.com ..good prices for Sube stuff, say your from here!

Subie Gal,
SubyPrez20 has more square feet of vinyl covering his car than you do. Both cars look good.

SubyPrez20,
The white RS beside of you, what kind of wheels are those? Who owns the car?

When it was time to un-rice my old car, so I could sell it, I used the stuff called "Adhesive Remover". Every decal came right off. I even used it to remove the pinstripe I had on the car.

Ok I found the brand of wheels that Chris has. 17x7 Panasport wheels.

Anybody ever heard of them before? Where you can get them? What offsets, etc.?

Rick
