Default 08 Impreza 2.5i Exhaust and Rear Bumper Swap Questions

No longer need help, thanks!

Finished product below. 2014 WRX exhaust on 2008 2.5i impreza. The low range of RPM has a low rumble to it, high RPMs still sounds the same. Looks better in my opinion. I ended up cutting the stock bumper with a dremel rotary tool. The whole project costed me only $60.

Default hello

it probably would need some modifications but im pretty sure muffler shops can do that for you. id be more concerned about the exit pipes since 2.5i only have single exit bumpers..

I thought about the exit pipe bumper issue, and either I will cut the holes to fit the dual exhaust pipes, or see if I can find a WRX/STI bumper to fit the 2.5i with dual exit holes in place.

I went ahead and picked up the exhaust yesterday. I do not think my flange will bolt right up to this one, but I think a muffler shop could help me out with the size difference issue.

Wondering if there is a way to deal with the size difference myself, without taking it to a shop. I believe the 2.5i pipe is a little less than 2" and the WRX is 2.5". I am probably not going to use the cat-back and stick with just using the muffler + quad tips.
