what is the best ecu for a 96 2.2 and who makes them how do you remove the speedlimiter and the rev limiter

a j&s safegaurd will get rid of the speed and rev limiter but from what I hear they are hard to find.

I saw some stuff about the safeguard in another post, no mentioned of rev limiter changing though... Got more info on this RSimport? (I may need a higher redline soon)

sorry but I know very little about this I was told about this from a friend awhile back. I was just offering some advice.
just found there website here it is http://www.jandssafeguard.com/ read the information on it very good and informative.
