Default HELP! STi only able to run .06psi?!?!?

After an oil change (2nd change 1st w/ synthetic) and replacing my RFL axleback with the stock muffler I am haivng a problem with my STi. The feels all around sluggish and the factory (port option maybe?) installed boost guage is only reading .04-.06 psi. When this occurred I had a Joe P MBC and TXS short ram on top of the TXS stealth back. I removed the MBC and ran with the stock vacuum with the same results. The straight through part of the "T" spans the turbo and the wastegate and I also reversed the direction of the "T" in case I had it backwards. (Is there a way to tell?) The oil level is fine could even be a little high. I also attempted to reset the ecu by unplugging the ground and pumping the brakes then leaving it sit for 20 more minutes. Mile tripomoter has not reset although I expectexd it to but my stereo did. (assume that happens immediately) Anyone have any ideas what could be ailing my car?

I think you are a little confused. It seems like you are referring to the boost gauge as a boost controller. The factory boost controller is controlled by the ECU and when you installed the Joe P, the ECU has nothing to do with controlling the boost. When you installed it, did you cap off the factory BC lines? Maybe you hooked and set the Joe P up wrong? IMO, the joe p is not a very good MBC, TXS makes much better. There is only one way the factory T can be hooked up. There is a brass nipple in the hose on the turbo side. If you have this backwards, the factory boost controller will not work properly.

I corrected my initial post to say "boost guage only reading..." thank for the correction. Yes I had the Joe P on correctly having the factory boost control line capped. (and not with a screw lol) The only reason I flipped it was to make sure I didnt have it on backwards as I read a few posts as saying.
As for the factory "T"...there are 3 ports on it:

*******
1=====2
***=***
***=***
***3***
*******

1 goes to the wastegate
2 to the turbo
3 to the factory boost control line which was capped

At this point I would be happy to just have stock boost control until utec is ready and sorry for the rough diagram.
