Default !!BPM TURBOBACK!! --Finally Installed--My Thoughts--

I just finally installed my BPM MarkIII twister TurboBack and i absolutely love it, the sound is out of this world. Everybody who has heard and and/or been in the car has left with a smile. The quality of the item was not the problem however. Getting the downpipe to fit was a MAJOR PITA. Turns out BPM's "Bolt On" isnt actually just a bolt on. The Dowpipe doesnt clear the rear trans crossmember so I had to take it to a shop and have a small portion of the crossmember grinded off to get it to line up with the studs on the turbo. After we ground it away to fit it was smooth sailing, but expect to run into this problem when doing the install on it. I had the install done at PHASE2 motorsports in Randolph NJ. They are a great little shop that actually know what they are doing. Great prices and some very cool guys run the place. I'de definately recommend them.

I assume this is for a WRX. This would be good info in the parts review forum.

A dealer in PA had a modded wrx with that system on it; possibly the best sounding exhaust on a flat four of any brand I've heard.

The dealership said it was over $1000; is it really that much?
