Lightbulb

I just read in the last week though that Audi has issued a voluntary recall on these, with free replacement of the defective parts, coverage for time without car (rental maybe) as well as paying for any towing fees that may have been incurred by the stranded owners...

Angry

What is funny as S*it is that I have to deal with Kimmel and Silverman all the time! They are a bunch of a**holes that specialize in the PA Lemon Law- They are a bunch of pricks!

Typical of them- they file and settle- I doubt that they will take this to litigation!

I don't know why I wote this, maybe because I have settled their stupid lawsuits in the past and I hate them!

Nahhhhh... Subaru isn't better then that, by far.

I don't know about you guys, but I've run into so many problems with my car in this first 6000 miles, it's not even funny. Lemon law says same thing fixed 4 times or car in the shop a consecutive 30 work days and I could be elligible for a new one.

Personally I race my car, and they know it, so I'm not going to press that one at all, but if they could just fix and get effectively fix everything the first time, that'd be great. I've already got 3 friends that want RS's, so I'm bringing in buisness at the same time. They gonna argue? No, I think not.

PS - 6000 miles and they already put a trans on order for me (since it's on such backorder, it'll be at least 10000 mlies before I get it, though).

I might not keep up with you on posts, but I think I'm out-miling you. I've only had the car for two and a half months and I'm at about 5100 miles. By this time next week I'll be over 7K with my vacation drive added.

Sucks about the transmission; mine was delivered with bad synchros and I refused to take it off the lot until they were fixed.
