Default Good price for catback?

I went to a couple small shops today but said they could'nt install custom pipes. So I had to resort to Meineke. They gave me a quote at $125 for the pipe from the cat back, new spring and gasket, but no muffler because I already have one. Is this too much? What horse power gains can i expect with a bigger diameter pipe on my 93 impreza? Thanx

Not really. That might be decent if the quality is alright.

I have the Stromung from cat-back, intermediate pipe and dual-tip muffler on my 94 L. Sounds goooood.

You can get the Stromung 2.25" stainless steel intermediate pipe for $152.

Lemme know if you have any questions.
