Default i like to feign passing people on freeway on/offramps

i don't think i've ever gone around an on/off ramp on a freeway and not caught up to the person in front of me.

recently i've been kind of darting to one side as if i'm about to pass them.

sometimes they react in a funny manner.

Double bypass into an immediate lane merge. I wanted to see him roll his car so I could point and laugh at him.

I just didn't see the point in him endangering others. to get a whole 2 car lengths ahead in backed up traffic.

Nobody is in danger.

No I realized what you ment. This guy actually did it, and almost caused a nasty wreck which is why I would like to see him removed from the roads.

Oh semi hijack- for people who do brake checks in the passing lane, it is for passing and not teh "fast" or what u think teh "fast" is. However this hijack is probably worthless, as I am posting it on a sportscar enthusiast forum...but anyways, just had to get it off my chest.

what are you talking about? from your grap language i can't quite make it out.

You should always keep right whenever you can reasonably be there unless you are in the act of passing.

Also, if it takes you longer than 20 seconds to pass, you need to temporarily speed the **** up and clear the lane.

This is true, unfortunatly most people are on thier cell phones driving poorly in that lane. At least hear in WA.

If its not people taking off ramps at half the speed possible, driving slow in the fast lane, changing lanes without a signal or even looking, going to the end of a merge lane and then stopping instead of merging, rolling halfway through the intersection because they want to get a jump on the light, getting as far to the right to make a left turn or far left to make a right turn as possible and slowing to nearly a complete stop before finally making their turn onto a side road. Driver education in the US sucks. What happened to common sense and showing some damn courtesy.

i personally love the 5 mile lane change, followed by the 0.5mph pass.

god damn hippie pathfinder drivers!

left lane is for passing... cruising in the left lane and NOT passing, or preventing OTHERS from passing, is ILLEGAL! You may legally be dragged out of your car and beaten with whatever I've got handy.

Fortunately for you, carbon fiber is hard to damage.

Fake passing someone on an off/on ramp? Sounds stupid, dangerous, and almost borders on reckless. What happens when some dumb driver in front of you thinks you are crazy, slams their brakes and jerks over trying to get out of your way only to spin out.

I like to go to 7-11's, pull out a gun, and feign robbing the store, its fun, sometimes they act in a funny manner.

I just like to hang the ass out in the Miata behind people while on onramps..

nothing really involving them, but I'm sure some people see it and think I'm going to lose the car.

Yup. No point in engaging in behavior that will some day cause someone to freak out with bad consequences.

What's wrong with passing on the on/off ramps?

I used to do it all the time....in Saudi Arabia.

Of course, the on/off ramps have no merge area. People stop in the middle of the higway for no reason and backup because they missed their exit. Stopping at red lights is optional. It was pretty fun
